Does Lone Star Christmas Lighting provide the lights?

Yes, the lights are purchased as a one time fee for a minimum of *10 years service. Throughout the ten year period your lights are serviced at no additional cost while we are providing installation and removal.

Does Lone Star Christmas Lighting store the lights?

Lone Star Christmas Lighting will remove and package lights into a storage safe container to be kept at homeowners residence or stored by Lone Star Christmas Lighting for an annual fee. 

Does the labor rate include removal?

Yes, labor rate includes installation, removal and any necessary service.

Are the lights guaranteed?

Yes, if purchased from Lone Star Christmas Lighting the lights will be maintained free of charge up to *10 years.

When will the lights be taken down?

During the first 2-3 weeks after New Year’s Day or any alternate date requested by homeowner

*10 year light warranty is for the customizable strands, does not include pre-lit wreaths, garland and mini-lite strands
